EDAA will be present at the following events. Let’s connect!
DAA Summit 2025: ADvocate!
This year’s Summit – in its 13th edition – is coming to Washington DC – where DAA Summits first began in 2013. There are numerous challenges to protect both business and the consumer engagement DAA represents. Being back in DC uniquely reminds us to focus on interest-based advertising and privacy in the context of a new Administration and Congress – as well as other policymakers.
The theme for this year’s event is “ADvocate!” – 2025 brings a need to remind ourselves and our larger stakeholder community of the convenient, relevant, approachable, respectful ad-subsidised connected world we have created to serve our customers. There may be a changing landscape ahead, but we are rock-solid evidence (for 15 years) of how responsible digital advertising can and does good for the consumer and society.

IAB Belgium Afterwork 5@7
Join us at IAB Belgium’s Afterwork 5@7 to discuss the role of cookies in the ever-evolving landscape of third- and first-party data.
The digital marketing world is undergoing a major transformation—the “cookie-less era.” This shift refers to the growing move away from third-party cookies, which have traditionally been used to track user behavior online. Driven by increasing privacy concerns, new regulations, and technological advancements, this change is reshaping how businesses connect with their audiences.
While the transition presents challenges, such as changes in targeting and measurement, it also opens new doors. Marketers now have the opportunity to explore innovative approaches, improve data quality, and build stronger, more transparent relationships with consumers. Those who adapt to these changes will not only survive but thrive in this evolving landscape.
The event will feature a keynote presentation by EDAA’s Director of Programme Development Ionel Năftănăilă on the topic of 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘦-𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥:𝘌𝘋𝘈𝘈’𝘴 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘌𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦.
